Cancellation policy
Prepaid Subscription Terms
Brickheads Toy Company offers prepaid subscription plans at a discounted price in exchange for payment in advance and a commitment to the full subscription term.
By purchasing a prepaid subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Subscription payments are collected in full at the time of purchase.
- Prepaid subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to recurring monthly billing.
- All prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
- No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued for unused months, cancellation requests, or changes of mind.
- Canceling a prepaid subscription stops future automatic renewals only. It does not result in a refund for any remaining prepaid subscription period.
These terms apply to all prepaid subscription plans, including:
- 3-Month Subscription
- 6-Month Subscription
- 12-Month Subscription
- 24-Month Subscription
Automatic Renewals
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew using the payment method on file.
Renewal charges will occur at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise stated.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time by:
- Logging into your customer account, or
- Contacting support@brickheads.co.
If you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current prepaid subscription term and will not renew automatically.
Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Brickheads Toy Company to charge your selected payment method for the subscription plan you choose, including any future renewal charges unless automatic renewal has been canceled before the renewal date.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully received.
Changes to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits, or available plans at any time. Any changes will apply only to future renewals and will not affect the prepaid term that has already been purchased.
